SimpleGateway

Go to www.influentialcomputers.com/downloads/SimpleGatewayService-install.exe and select Run from the box that pops up

If you receive a warning from your firewall, tell it to allow the software

When the software install is finished, click Close (a SimpleGateway web page may pop up - just close this)

Go to your Start Menu, locate SimpleGateway Service, and select the SimpleGateway Service Configure link

If you receive a warning from your firewall, tell it to Unblock

Select English as the language

Click the Add button

In the small window that pops up, enter :- http://remotesupport.influentialcomputers.com ...and click the OK button

You will see the new entry appear in the main window. Select this entry, and click the Test button

You should receive a message which says 'Connected OK to http://remotesupport.influentialcomputers.com/version'

Click the Save button
